Condescending over phone that I did not know that particular wild flowers were not available this time of year. We the discussed flower types that my wife would like and had in stock. She did not offer to set any aside or create an arrangement. When I arrived there was no one at the desk or in the entire store. I found someone in the green house to help. By the time I got there those flowers were no longer available. The ones took home and did look great. But frustrating overall.
La Crosse Floral is an established business. I always enjoy taking in the aroma & beauty of the plants in the greenhouse. Recently ordered a floral arrangement for our anniversary, exactly what I ordered and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Linda!
Although they specialize in flowers and gifts, in my experience La Crosse Floral is also the best independently owned business in the La Crosse area to purchase cacti and succulents from.
