I was recommended to Tim by a current client of his. His communication leading up to our first meeting and now regular training sessions has been dependable, professional, and kind. I’ve really enjoyed learning from Tim. He has a wealth of health knowledge and has a knack for explaining info in an easy to understand format. Tim’s workouts are challenging (in a good way) and safe. I would highly recommend Tim to family and close friends as an outstanding personal trainer.

Tim has been an outstanding trainer to work with. I have a busy schedule and it would be easy to make excuses not to work out. Tim has made our three weekly workouts targeted and focused. I can get in 30 minutes (and not a minute more) and feel really good about the work out. He cares about proper form and gives feedback while lifting and doing the movements. I thought I might need a lot of equipment to do the at home/virtual workouts and he's managed to design a different routine every time we work out with a couple of bands and hand weights (this has been for over a period of a year). I am 61 years old and started working with Tim Sleeter a few weeks ago. I am very pleased to report that I have since seen improvement in strength and mobility in this short of time. His methods and focus are sound. He makes very good sense with goal setting and his “tools” to get you where you need to be. His explanation of why a certain movement or exercise is beneficial, is easy to understand, thus making the work more enjoyable and meaningful. I highly recommend Tim as a personal trainer.
