We recently had to say goodbye to our cat Fiona, and Hillside Animal Clinic was absolutely amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and incredibly respectful during such a hard time.
Picking up her cremated remains tonight reminded me how thoughtfully everything was handled. We are SO grateful for their kindness and the care they gave our sweet girl. Thank you for making such a hard moment just a little softer.

Hillside is a wonderful place to work with. We had literally just moved to the area and our pet got into some cleaning products. We didnt know any vets in the area but needed an emergency appt late one night. Not only were they able to accommodate us, they worked within our budget, and provided the best possible care for our pet. Our pet truly wouldnt have made it without the help of their staff and I highly recommend them.
I brought my cat here for the first time a few weeks ago when he was having a medical emergency. We ultimately had to make the choice to put him down, which was very unexpected.
I was a mess but the staff was so kind during the whole experience, even afterward when I went to pick up his ashes. The Doctor never made me feel rushed while making my decision or while saying goodbye to my cat, even though we were there past close.
When I went to pick up his ashes, I also received a nose print, multiple copies of paw prints, and a really nice poem (personalized because they put his name on the bottom). I also just received a sympathy card in the mail from Hillside!
