Gunderson turned me away for addiction treatment with the reason given being active use….. they turned me away for treatment of a problem for having said problem. Not to mention Jared Metropolis refusing me medication I’d been on for 5+ years for no good reason. The therapy here is subpar and the medical treatment otherwise isn’t much better. Do better gunderson.

Around 3pm today I was shown the way to the unit I needed to get to, on the 5th floor and helped with the phone, by a lovely young man who was clearly going on his lunch break.He took the time to help me out which was much appreciated and worth mentioning. Thanks for your classy and distinguished employees! This person was patient and kind and that's rare these days!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Endless forwarding to recordings and the few real people who I talked to couldnt give me a single helpful answer. You are better off banging your head against a wall then calling these incompetent morons. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the pain.
