I was provided a gift certificate for over $500 and only was able to receive 4 cleanings. It was easy as they were usually done in an hour. I have remaining money on the certificate & was told I could receive that in cash/check. I have left 5 voice messages over 4 weeks time & no one has ever called back or left message to discuss. Will not use a company who will not respond!
