Dave sold our last house. He was at any one time a Realtor,educator, therapist, motivational speaker, and negotiator. We were caught in a bad market, but Dave took great care of us. We never felt like he was pushing offers on us just to make the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave Snyder to anyone looking for a professional Realtor.
