Our water heater died over the 4th of July weekend (of course). I decided to brave a few days of cold showers and save the emergency trip charge. They came right at the scheduled time and replaced the heater quickly and efficiently. The lady I spoke with on the phone(Toni) has always been friendly and helpful. Hopefully we won't need their help any time soon, but if we do, I will gladly call them back.

Excellent service and workmanship. I have done business with Buchner's on 3 separate occasions in the past 18 months. 2 were emergent water issues. Service was dispatched within an hour each time.
