My best friend (hoping one day more), and I spent the day here the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Great staff, and they did a great job. I received a massage and the fire and ice treatment, and she had her hair, nails, and a facial done. Really enjoyed our time here. When they were done, she was so beautiful.

Overpriced for what you get. The co-Ed spa is nothing more than an indoor pool with lounge chairs for people to lay on and either sleep, read, or stare into the abyss. The individual locker rooms have steam, sauna, plunge, hot tub and showers. It’s super small and can get very crowded very fast. The staff is very nice and they do a good job keeping it clean. I thought the massages and other services were over priced and nothing really impressive for what you pay. The restaurants aren’t very good either. Food is just okay. The construction took away from a lot of the spa experience. It made me want to avoid the relaxation area on the first level. The services are overpriced as I've had a lot of massages in the past. This wasn't anything special to outweigh the higher cost. Everyone tried their best, but it was just a bit awkward waiting in a hotel room for the services. It was unfortunate you have to order lunch 30 minutes in advance, so we just left. I wanted to like it, but I think next time I'll go back to sundara
