Customer service is a nightmare. The only person working was extremely rude and acted like I was lying. Then made us wait an incredibly long time before finally replacing my son's frames, which were under warranty. She kept mumbling the whole time about maybe the frames not being in stock and acted like it was a hassle to do her job. Then she needed 20 minutes to put the lenses in the new frames. Meanwhile my autistic children were bouncing off the walls.

Wow just wow. They tried to tell me that they couldn’t give me the physical copy of my expired prescription. I told them yes I understand that You cannot fill the prescription but you have to give me my previous and current prescription upon request. Their own doctor didnt even know this which is scary . The lady that was working upfront went back to ask. The doctor and the doctor said no I can not get my expired prescription. With the doctor about it and the workers response was that old bs saying she was on her break. Went in to make an appointment AFTER calling and speaking to the lady that was working and she failed to inform me over the phone that the Dr wasn't seeing any patients there. What a waste of time and gas to drive there.
