Update. . . . .i am no longer happy with Utopia salon, if you do not see the same person and build a client knowledge the product falls off, chips and ruins within days of service. I have tried other salons and a dip set of nails last easily over 2 weeks not just days.. . . .I have not had a extention nail product in several years. When i called to inquire if options due to my nails being brittle and pealing. The gentleman Jimmy who answered ohone went over lots of pro ans cons with tue acrylic fake nails, gel polish and the dip powder. I chose to try the dip product with the benefits i was given. I am a long time customer for almost 7 years. I moved away 3 years ago but still come here (Kenosha) whenever I am in the area bc it’s the best service. I love the staff they treat me like family. The service is prompt and I like having text messages sent for appointments. One unique aspect is the room where pedis are done it’s really so relaxing - darkened room with waterfalls and so tranquil I’ve never seen this anywhere. Manis are always clean and beautiful (gel, dip). Overall you can’t beat this place on service, pricing and professionalism of their work. Nana was great. I am a very picky client when it comes to how my nails are shaped and she did super. It was my first manicure in WI and she definitely won me over. I love them. The staff is friendly and the location is peaceful. They accommodated me just walking in and the front staff was also nice. Many nail color choices. Very happy with my result! I will definitely be back
