Kaylynn was fantastic! We brought our one year old German Shepherd Hound Mix for his first full groom and he was super happy when we picked him up (full gsd happy pant). Kaylynn told us about how he did and made some great recommendations to help him feel more comfortable with the dremmel. Overall, very pleased with our experience and we’ll be coming back!!

We've been visiting Urban Tails for about a year now with our beagle. They are always friendly and prompt with appointments and the services. We've done walk-in nail trimmings as well as the full grooming they offer. Best part is that our dog seems to enjoy visiting and isn't scared when he arrives or leaves. Absolutely would recommend their services!

I took my guinea pig whose name is Gary to get his nails cut for the first time because I never knew they needed to be which made me feel bad!! But Kassie and Charity (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were absolutely amazing it was literally a 2 minute process and my guinea pig loved them!!! Thank you so much guys for not judging me or Gary for his long nails!! We will definitely be returning!!!
