Called to make an appointment with Thomas as was told they would return our call and the didn’t. Called the following day and we waited on hold for 5 minutes. I am not sure what happened to the customer service there since my Eye care took over. Unfortunately this was not the first time something like this has happed

I wish there was a yes & no option. I have been going here for YEARS! I like both Drs and the staff. I always was happy to support a local place. We never bought our glasses here because they're overpriced. We just had our first appointment since they became part of "My eye dr" & there's an expensive contact fitting fee now. When you multiply that fee times everyone in the family it's too much. Sadly I think we'll have to go somewhere else.
