I was referred to them by a gentleman from Auto Zone when I was looking for parts to repair my lawn mower. Over the phone with just a brief description they were able to tell me exactly what I needed to know in order to obtain to locate the model number of my mower. After visiting the shop, they provided me with the exact part number, cost, delivery date, and other sources to obtain the part fast without worry of gaining or losing a sale. My opinion, I strongly recommend them just based on the knowledge and compassion to assist they demonstrated.

The owners-father & son-are friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They don’t mind explaining machine mechanics, especially to THIS female! I recently purchased a snow blower from them (they WILL sell items not picked up) and not only was the price decent, they also explained how to work same. The snow fall from a couple of days ago left me overwhelmed. BUT!, thanks to them -and my ‘new’ snapper-I made minced meat out of that fluff! Thank you Engine Doctor!

Needed some parts for my snow blowers, knowing it was a pretty low chance of finding them there, I went anyway. Obviously since they don't sell every brand of equipment, they don't have every part. What they did do for me was recommended two of their competitors that would have my parts in stock so I could get it the same day instead of ordering. Huge help.
