I was so blessed to adopt Ezra from Antoinette. Ezra is only my second dog, my first dog I raised from a puppy. My first thoughts getting Ezra were all fluffy mushy love. Antoinette said adoption was not,"rainbows and unicorns ". Since he was my first adoption, I decided to take her advice. It took Ezra awhile to bond with me but the walks made all the difference. Every minute we walk together brings us closer. The more we walk the more he shows the beautiful boy he is. A rescue that that really takes the dogs first. The application process for foster and adoption is long but shows the care they have for each and everyday. I look forward to working with them and sharing my passion of the GSD with them as well
I was never raised with dogs, but married a woman who loves dogs more than people. So after 20 years "I" got a dog who would not be all about my wife. Because my wife and I love the breed, we ended up with another rottweiler. I knew I needed help with training because if my wife helped, the dog would choose her. So, with all of the great reviews, I decided on Rettung Haus. I have learned a lot, as my stubborn but lovable pup has too. I feel more confident and enjoy training more than I thought I would. Antionette and her team are super knowledgeable, and I saw the difference in my furry friend within weeks.
