I’ve had a past experience with a pet being hurt so I was extremely terrified to go to the vet. I was unbelievably anxious for myself and pet but as soon as I walked in it was very quiet and calm. The staff were all extremely sweet, professional, and accommodating. They explained everything in detail to me and made my entire experience just perfect. Took my 3 year old feral cat in because I was concerned about some behavior issues. He normally is extremely shy, in fact, he normally hides from strangers. But he just melted into the neck of Brook..that spoke volumes to me. I knew I was in the right place for him. When it comes time, his two cat brothers will also meet Brook, along with his canine brother. BTW, problem resolved.
