well, I moved here from Miami Beach about a year ago where there is a plethora of nail salons as well as beauty salons and barbers. One of the first things I needed was a haircut but that's another review. I was in dire need of a pedicure because it was almost summertime. Happily I found Perfect 10 which is located in downtown Kenosha and very convenient to my new home. I highly recommend this place to locals and tourists alike as they pay great attention to detail and are always friendly and professional. The prices are fair and competitive with other Spa/Salons in the neighborhood. BTW I'm a repeat customer and I've never been disappointed with any service that I've gotten at this great spot.

I've been here twice for a haircut with two different stylists and I have left extremely happy both times. The salon is small, unassuming curb appeal but very nice inside, the staff and owners are friendly and welcoming (not catty like some salons), the quality of services outstanding, and all this for a bargain price. Wash, cut and style for only $32 (i think on April 1, 2015 they are raising their hair cut price to $37, which is still a fantastic bargain. I have paid $57 at great clips for just a wash, cut and style a few times before and this is 100x better in every way). They use all Moroccan Oil products also which smell fantastic and don't weigh my hair down - I can get at least 3 days out of a style after I leave the place (!). I was dissatisfied with Moda Bella salon and am so happy I decided to try this place. I highly recommend Perfect 10.
