I called 3 places. a Wisconsin one and a Kenosha one both said" no,not today we have to order the part so..." mind you it's the coldest day of the year. So Misurelli called and the tech( Nicholas)said give me the numbers and I'll see what I can do...apparently miracles because he found the part got it done. I asked why you can and the other couldn't and he shrugged his shoulders. i think becausehe actually tried...and i was a loyal customer to the one shop...was. So Nicholas made the coldest night safe for a old man,little dog.
We had a service call that was handled by Steven Baer . Very polite knowledgeable technician that took care of a minor problem quickly. Our system has been working great but if we need a tuneup it would be nice to have Steven come to take care of it.
great company with awesome staff. They actually properly recycles thier metals and refrigerates.
