My frame broke because they forced the lenses to tightly in the frame. The frame cracked because of the pressure upon installation no doubt. A little over a year old , light use , almost $350 wasted! I also ordered 3 pairs from them at that time I bought these transition glasses which I use only when sunny for work. Thanks Mejers Optical ?.Ps, I offered to pay for a new frame ($199), and they refused to offer a warrenty on the new frame.. so why would I waste money again.?Obviously, they knew the one lense had been cut wrong, and would have too much pressure again , as these snap into the plastic frame , no screws, just pressure held.

Meijer has been my go to optical for the past couple of years, and it’s always been a quick and easy visit! The staff, especially Karissa is always a pleasure and makes my visit a breeze. she even convinced me to step out of my comfort zone with a new frames that I absolutely love! Also it’s convenient that they send reminder emails of any upcoming appointments.

I had to click on one star to start a review, really no stars.Customer service at the Kenosha Meijer Optical is below anything I have ever experienced. In particular the Eyeglass Protection Plan that I payed for with a new frame and lens order. It says that if your prescription changes in the first 6 months of your order, you can get replacement lens at 10% of retail price. Well my prescription did change in just under the 6 months. When I inquired at the store I was told that "we are only doing 30 days" I showed the lady the paperwork I had and still got the same response.It might be 30 days today, but I didn't buy the contract today. They need to honor what they sold.
