I always try to cut my own hair but I recently botched it so I knew I needed professional help. I called the day of and they were able to take me in later that afternoon. Natalie cut my hair. She was really friendly and we talked the whole time about our kids. It was my first time away from my 2 month old for over an hour and I felt very at ease thanks to her. And I love my haircut too!

Went and got a haircut. I just assumed that with a haircut you get shampoo and conditioner, cut and blow dry. Walked out with wet hair, which I never have experienced at a salon. I guess I will have to ask and pay more for my hair to be dried. The place is clean and staff is friendly.
