Worst dentist office I’ve ever been too. The desk ladies treated my mother and I terribly. They cancelled our recent visit with no reason and didn’t even ask us if we wanted to reschedule. The dentist himself doesn’t spend two minutes with you & his staff needs to go back to school because they don’t know anything about a mouth. We got more information at our new dentist than we ever did at Dr. Crewe’s. Malpractice if you ask me. This place shouldn’t be in business.

I wasn't able to have it resolved and have to wait a whole another week. It's sensitive and at times painful.

I thought the cost of $345 for cleaning & consult on a potential abscess was high even after the 5% cash discount. I get it that an x-ray of the abscess spot was prudent but multiple x-rays of all the lower teeth on BOTH sides plus an additional whole jaw x-ray seemed bemusing. It would seem more sensible from a cost & customer perspective to take a shot of the scene & then consider if more is needed rather than shoot the whole movie & throw 95% out. As the single shot of the abscess point was sufficient for the consultation, all the extra procedures seemed redundant.
