Everything was smooth from start to finish. Tami made sure that everything was organized and ready to go and install was quick and looks great. Would definitely recommend using Tami and Carpetland
I had to replace old carpet with hard flooring due to health issues, and so far, I'm very happy with the floor I selected . It wasn't easy to find what would look right in my home, but Bruce, the salesperson, went that extra mile to give me good service. I must say Carpetland in Kenosha has a beautiful selection . Before the installation, there were questions about the possible difficulty of laying these tiles in a certain direction due to the size which John the manager took care of and handled very well assuring me that it can be done. The customer service was great at Carpetland! I worked with both John Lawler and Jacqueline Sieracki and they were so attentive and took great care of us! Their exceptional customer service was why I decided to work with Carpetland. They made sure every question was answered and made it such a great experience. Will be buying from them again in other parts of our home in the future!
