I've been here only a couple times but I haven't been disappointed. Today I had an appointment scheduled, got there early, and they were able to get both my son and I in early. Ella took my son and I was able to show her just once a picture from Google that I had found and she nailed it! She didn't need to see it multiple times. I had Abbey, who was in training, working on completing some final things for her classes, and she did great. She was calm, talkative, engaged and personable with me during my cut. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of my son and I. I will be a happily returning customer.

My son goes here, and the girls we've had have always been so sweet and accommodating for kids. They put on a kid's show or movie in their booth to keep the kids occupied, which is honestly the smartest idea ever because little kids get bored so easily. He's 9, and we've been taking him here since he was about 6. The stylists always listen to what you're looking for and give really great advice if you're not quite sure what you want. My son also loves the little shoulder massager they have, and he says he feels "pampered" when he's done. The prices are great and they usually have walk-in availability. 10/10 would recommend.
