Our contractor was doing work in our house and alerted us to dirty ducts. We never knew that ducts needed cleaning? Our ducts had never been cleaned in 25 years 😳! After extensive research I selected “Mr Power Clean”. This is all they do, they’ve been around for a long time and they have great reviews. Called the number and spoke with Suzanne. Such a pleasant experience! She described the process, answered all my questions. I Got immediate verbal estimate which was also emailed. Discussed with my wife and called Suzanne back to schedule. Was easy process. Day before got reminder call. Forty five minutes before appointment time got call from technician letting me know exact time. Brian and Eric showed up and got to work. Very courteous and respectful. Checked out vents and prepped the areas. Very careful and explained the process! After a few hours they completed the process. Could not believe the before and after pictures that they showed us. Brian and Eric cleaned up any trace that they had been there! That evening after turning on A/C we commented that the air smelled fresher! Our entire experience with Mr Power Clean was excellent! Coworker of mine has already scheduled them for their duct cleaning!! Highly recommend!!!
Thrilled with the service we received! I called around 5 places and this was one of two that actually explained the work that went into the quote and what they would all do — they didn’t just spit out a number, she took the time to explain. Additionally, the customer service made it worth every penny. The men that came walked me through the whole process and gave me advice when I asked about replacing the vent covers. Absolutely thrilled with the before and afters and just KNOWING my house has clean air for my family. Will certainly use this family owned business again when needed. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Mr. Power Clean more than once and will hire them again. They are amazingly professional and did a fabulous job cleaning my air ducts. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived and showed me before and after results. They are excellent and would highly recommend!
