“I am blown away from the attention to detail this company has. The tech, Lauren is absolutely fantastic! Not only did this company spend over double the time as my neighbors lawn company (about same size lawn and same service) but they went just above and beyond. Blew off my patio and driveway. Even brought my garbage can back to the house down my long driveway.Highly recommend! This was my first service from this company and will monitor how the products work for the grass over the next couple of weeks and will update my post on that soon!“

1301 Fullview Dr, Appleton“Currently working with Chad and Outdoor Living and Landscapes on a single family, residential, new construction, multi-acreage and multi-year project. We are only through stage 1 of the project, and will update this review once finalized. However, so far we could not be more pleased. The design process was easy; Chad is very creative, prompt, and will listen to your ideas. All work is done with thought, care, and simply very high quality. Would recommend their services with the highest regards.*Update on “stage 2.” Also went off without a hitch. Continue to recommend with the highest regards. Look forward to continue working on our property.“

“Chad and his team are really good. We have had them take care of our landscaping needs for the last four years and never had a complaint or problem. When they are finished everything is cleaned up and all refuse taken away. The people are courteous, friendly and very efficient.“
“Kevin is very thorough. He is always on time, my grass has never been more green and I have never had to call them to come back for weed or grass issues. I have tried many companies and Weed Msn is the best. I have been using them for 5 years.“

512 Randolph Dr, Appleton“My Hawthorn tree developed rust. This fungal problem can really spread fast and take over a whole tree. I pointed this out to Duane Tasson. He came back and treated it again and once again today. The rust is gone now. This guy listens to customers, researches the problem and treats accordingly. Thanks Duane!“

N8910 Oneida St, Menasha“UPDATING REVIEW 11/13: I just received a call from the owner of this company, who was incredibly polite, professional, and took time to really listen to my experience. He even apologized and validated that some of the less-than-stellar moments were not ideal, or what they are striving to achieve as a small business. He took this opportunity as a learning and growing experience, and I could really tell he was being genuine in the way he spoke to me. The sincerity went a long way. In fact, my husband and I will be hiring them again in the future, and I look forward to a second chance experience with Jack's, with improved communication. (Also, our grass is doing great) Thank you for valuing your customers in this way!Our experience: We were told that work would begin weeks ago on a Monday, and would take about 3 days to complete. Monday rolls around and no one shows up, no one calls, nothing. Tuesday: no one shows up, no one calls, or returns our calls from the day prior. The third day, around noon, a couple of guys pull up to my house, and I go outside to greet them. They look confused when they see me and I ask if they are here to work on the lawn. They say yes. I tell them to watch out for an underground hornets nest and point to it. One of the men walks up to it and proceeds to spit a loogie down into the nest in front of me. I was completely grossed out and highly uncomfortable. They worked for a half a day and never returned the rest of the week. Again, zero contact. After many calls, attempting to gain clarity on when they would be working on our yard, my husband was able to speak to someone who finally revealed that they are "behind schedule" due to rain. They said the crew would be back over some time next week to keep working. The following Monday, I'm working from home, and hear some random person walking all around my yard and the side of my house. He drove up early in the morning in an unbranded car, did not introduce himself, and it actually freaked me out so bad that I nearly called the cops. Turns out it was just one of the landscapers checking out the work that was already done, which my husband was able to confirm after (again) reaching out to them to inquire if they had come to the house. The rest of the week they never returned, with (again) zero outreach. Finally, the third week later, after many calls and texts back and forth, they show up two days in a row to complete the job. Again, no knocks on the door, no communication whatsoever. They finished on that Wednesday, and not once contacted us to let us know the job was actually done. They rolled out sod in our backyard, and never gave us instructions on how to care for it or what to even do with it. As a brand new homeowner, I'm relying on the professionals to explain to me what work they did. Keep in mind, we had no idea if they were still working on the yard due to zero communication throughout this entire experience. We thought perhaps they had more they were working on, as we had several things they were doing. How hard would it have been for someone to knock on the door, let us know they were done, and asked if we had any questions???It is now the Monday after. 6 days after the sod was initially laid. We (once again) had to reach out to THEM to ask if they were finished with the job, and what our after care instructions are. They confirmed they were done and we are supposed to water the grass until it's soaking, twice a day. I now have to go outside and water my grass at 8pm at night, as I'm fearful it's already dead. 2 minutes of communication would have resolved this.I understand being behind schedule due to circumstances out of your control. But as the consumer paying thousands of dollars to have work done, I should not have to beg you to contact me back to let me know when you'll be showing up, and to have a progress update every now and then, especially when you claim to be finished with the project we're paying for. I'm trusting you as the professionals to communicate appropriately.Service:“
“I Am a 62 yr. old, retired woman who had a dream of a new patio for a retirement gift to myself. I searched and found Zenture Solutions who are based in Kaukauna. My eye caught the attention of the backed by the BBB sign. I called and set up an appointment when much to my surprise, one of the owners came to my home to access my backyard specifications. Not too often do you see the owner do this. One of the Friendliest people I have ever met. Soon after that, another owner with his crew showed up to begin the work. When framed with wood and the cement in, they put a hard coating on top with the stamp of my liking into it and it was then sealed. I was impressed with the crew that was very friendly and hard working. The lead construction worker came and asked me one more time what I wanted so that it was right. the owner came before the job and asked me also, what I wanted so the job was done right, and I would be pleased with the outcome. When completed, I noticed that some of the coloring that they put down was much lighter in a few areas and I was not totally happy with the results. The owner then contacted me and addressed what was wrong. He then came to my house himself and put more coloring in the areas that I thought didn't look right. then it was sealed again in some areas. he didn't have to do this, but he wanted me to be 100% pleased with his product. Wow, I have never had a company make such an effort to do a job well done and to my specifications. I could tell that the company and their reputation meant a lot to them. Although it took longer than expected to complete because of the rainy spring we had, the owner kept in contact with me through the entire time it took to put my patio in. Some in the past have left me many days, wondering if and when they were coming back. This company has owners and workers who care and have a conscience about doing a job well done and the happiness of their client. I would recommend Zenture Solutions if you want a good product that is tough but good looking and if you want someone that will listen to what you want and go the extra mile for you. Virginia K.“
