Makes sure he understands what you are looking for and what the outcome should be and then executes the plan. All the while keeping you in the loop about what work is being done on any given day. He will not leave until you are 100% satisfied. My yard is stunning and I get people walking past my house asking who did my yard because it is so unbelievably beautiful.Highly, highly, recommended.
