Dr. Schmidt is super caring and understanding of any dental situation. Super attentive and explains everything very well making the patient feel safe and sound! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Schmidt!
Just got my permanent crown today. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have complete faith in them. Very accommodating. Just a great dental practice. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend.
I spent the last 8 months trying to figure out why I got charged $34.99 for a preventative visit that is supposed to be covered 100% by insurance. After multiple calls to Berkers (Abby) and my insurance company, I found out the Berkers charged for a comprehensive visit instead of a periodical visit. Beckers charges $105 for a comprehensive visit, where the regular visit is a fraction of that cost. Even though they charged for a more extensive visit, they didn't do anything different than any other visit. When I told Abby I would pay the $34, but will be switching providers for myself, my husband and my son, she said "That's fine. Just let us know where to send our records." I know $34 is not much money, but it's obviously more important to Berkers than losing 3 patients.
