I would like to commend Denning Construction on the excellent job they did on our garage project. As the project was underway in this older home (built 1947), a lot of serious issues left over from previous owners were uncovered. This required Bob and his team to re-evaluate the original plans and try to come up with a viable overall solution while trying to keep costs under control as best as they could. Bob went to great lengths to explain the issues and proposed solutions. He also spent a very considerable amount of his time working with the city officials to obtain approvals and to incorporate various new changes required in response to responses from the city. The delays caused by this pushed the project well past fall into winter, but Bob and his team thankfully persevered and finally completed the project in late January. This really was a very challenging project, but the result exceeded our expectations and hopes. All the structural issues uncovered during the project were permanently fixed and we now have a very nice, heated, and insulated garage which meets our needs perfectly. Bob is a true professional and craftsman, and credit must also go to his principal partner Ryan. I was really impressed by how much just these two men were able to accomplish, requiring additional helpers only on a few tasks. I give Bob Denning and his company my highest recommendation and would work with him again any time I have another project. Thank you all for a top quality job done very well indeed!

Bob & his crew took a 60 year old garage that looked like it was past saving & restored it to practically new condition! Incredible! He responded to our calls promptly, answered all of our questions thoroughly & charged a fair price for the work that was done. His crew was on time, respectful & skilled at what they do. We would highly recommend Denning Construction for any remodeling or construction project you have!
