Do not waste your time here. I had an appointment with Sarah that had been scheduled for 4 weeks. The day of my appointment she had another stylist text me to tell me Sarah cancelled my appointment an hour before I was scheduled to come in. I was told Sarah would reach out to me either Monday or Tuesday to reschedule and here we are on Wednesday and nothing. On the website it forces you to put payment information just to schedule so that you are charged just in case you don't give a 24 hour cancellation notice. The kicker is if the stylist wastes your time and cancels an hour before your appointment they won't compensate or provide a discount. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else. I can't stand the unprofessionalism.

Had an appointment for 2:30 pm with Sarah. Got there. salon was closed until 4:15 per the note inside the door. They texted me 2x to confirm my appointment so they had my ph#. No call, no text - left them a voice message and texted them. No one has called or texted anything. How rude, unreliable and unprofessional- NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. 1star because I have to. They have ZERO customer service skills.

Just had the best haircut of my life thanks to Rebecca! My hair is so soft and she cut it exactly how I wanted it! I have really long hair and always ask for a less is more approach to the cut- she enhanced my long locks and had me looking nice and polished by the end! Thanks so much- I will be back!
