I went here last week to update my prescription and get some contact lenses. I checked in and was seen pretty quickly, despite the ladies working that night telling me they were having computer issues and it might take a while. The exams go by pretty quickly and they had trial contacts for me on hand. They made sure I was taken care of with a glasses case, contact lens case, saline solution, everything I needed. Lisa was especially diligent in making sure I had everything I needed and that I had all my questions answered.

I was there on a week day morning and it was not busy at all, so I got right in. I had a virtual exam right then and there and was out in an hour. The selection of frames was good. Special shout out to Lisa, who was very professional and helpful. The price was right too.

I had an overall positive experience. Associates at the location I went to were very helpful. I was not expecting that the doctor would be conducting the main portion of the exam via video, but everything worked fine and it was just as effective as if there was a live doctor in person.
