Kris is prompt and does a good job plowing. They manage both commercial and residential customers and state the expectations clearly. Service was arranged for after a 2" snowfall, billed monthly. Residential customers are plowed after the commercial customers. I chose Kris to plow my parents' driveway and they thought it was a good job. However, neighbors would see that my parents' property wasn't plowed yet and they would jump on it. Kris chose not to continue providing the service.
