Was able to quickly schedule a furnace clean that fit my schedule. Staff was friendly and left the area clean. Just joined the comfort member club and am happy with all they offer. It was my pleasure to join the Comfort Club with Rock Valley Services! From the moment I booked the appointment, I knew I was working with a team that appreciates and promotes SERVICE! Too many service providers have forgotten the meaning of SERVICE - not in this case! They were great. My appointment was scheduled within a week of my contact and the tech arrived on time and went right to work servicing both my furnace and air conditioning. When done - he took the time to explain everything that he found and went beyond to explain how the Comfort Club works. Our unit went out overnight. Called at 630a and got on the books for 830. Our technician arrived a few minutes early and was able to fix our problem in a few minutes. The price was way less than expected which was great The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks
