Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model. I got the referral through my home warranty company. I plan to use him again in the future.

Like most people who wrote a review here, we were assigned Todd's Quality Climate through our home warranty company. After reading the reviews here and on Yelp we were concerned about working with Todd but we experienced the opposite of what the reviews here would suggest. Todd was professional and always on time. Todd also helped us navigate the our options with the home warranty company. It took a week from our initial inspection to our new furnace being in place.
