If I could give Bruce and the team at Polar 10 stars, I would. My A/C went out during the warmest week of summer. His tech came out right away and got it going again. My furnace and A/C unit were over 30 years old and I knew they would need replacement soon. The tech checked everything over and gave me a rough timeline for replacement. I opted to do it right away and Polar quoted me a great price. They did the replacement a week or so later - in and out in about 6 hours. Super polite, clean, and professional. I highly recommend Polar.
I contacted Bruce on Sunday evening due to no heat from the furnace. I thought I would have to leave a message but Bruce answered his phone at 9:30 pm!! He said his guys would be out the next morning. Text came in that morning and his guys showed up around 10:00. Not only was the issue fixed in 10 minutes but the guys were very professional and courteous.
