I contacted Bruce on Sunday evening due to no heat from the furnace. I thought I would have to leave a message but Bruce answered his phone at 9:30 pm!! He said his guys would be out the next morning. Text came in that morning and his guys showed up around 10:00. Not only was the issue fixed in 10 minutes but the guys were very professional and courteous. I have used them on other occasions and highly recommend them for your heating and ac needs.Service: Repair HVAC

I am new to Janesville and Bruce was amazing! He's so easily could have stuck me with a large bill and fixed things that didn't need fixing. He was very honest and came through my house and advised me as to what he thought the problems were with my heat and was very knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend polar refrigeration - Bruce. I will use them for any heating or air conditioning issues I run into in the future. You won't be disappointed with their service. As I said, he hands down could have secured a job from me that I would not have known one way or another if it was necessary and he did not do that at all.
