Kelly is the best in hand tied and beaded row extensions for the area hands down! I drive from Madison to get them done and I’ve had them for almost a year. I have yet to have anyone know they aren’t my natural hair and I’m platinum blonde too which is a skill in itself to blend in the hair extensions world in my opinion!!
