My A/C unit kept freezing up on the inside and would stop working. I called up Don Martin and scheduled a time for a technician to come service the unit. Clay was able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in about an hour. He replaced the capacitor and topped up the refrigerant, which was about 8ozs low. He also cleaned up the unit for me and recommended I try a less restrictive filter. The total cost for the repair was very reasonable, and he provided me with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor. Clay was very responsive and very helpful with estimate and timeframe of installation. He got my family all setup with a new furnace and central air unit. Thanks to Sam and Cliff for setting it up. Spoke with Clay, he was very helpful in getting me in touch with folks that could help with my mechanical problem and questions. I was out of his area of Service, by about 80 miles. But Clay took the time to help, and put me in contact with folks in my area that have experience with geothermal. Top notch customer service!
