Our dog Diesel enjoyed his stay at the kennel. They were very accommodating and caring. We checked in via text and Facebook photo updates! We had our dogs stay the weekend here and they took great care of them. One of our dogs is anxious and nervous around new people and on day two we received a voicemail about how well he was doing and how friendly he was being. When we picked them up he was very happy with the employees, wagging his tail and not nervous at all. We are very happy with Country Roads and will continue to use them to take care of our boys when we are out of town.
As most know I’m very protective over my furry babies and only want what’s best for them. When the time came to search for a boarding place for the boys and Lucy I did a lot of searching and read tons of reviews and also had a referral from my niece for Country Roads Boarding Kennel. I will hands down say I am throughly impressed, before the boys and Lucy stayed we got a complete private tour of the entire kennel and all the different fenced in areas the boys could run and play. The boys were also allowed to be in the same run and not be separated which was a big plus for us. The entire place is so well organized, designed with safety in mind and very clean. The best part of the entire place is their STAFF and the hands on owner ❤️. When we dropped the boys and Lucy off for their stay I was still nervous because well they are my “kids”. They reassured me that everything would be okay and they were in great care and you know what they were in the BEST care I could have ever imagined for them while we were gone. During the stay the boys adapted perfectly, they made new friends and had the best time ever. However our Lucy girl did not adapt very well but the staff along with the owner stepped in and stepped up and did everything they could to try and keep her comfortable and feel secure and did everything to get her to eat even hand feeding her and sitting with her to bring her all the comfort she needed and reminded her she was safe. The entirety of this long post is I have never been so impressed in my life with the care the boys and Lucy had and I would a thousand times recommend them to any one and I can assure you, your furry babes will be the happiest and beyond cared for. P.s they also post daily photos on their Facebook page and you also can text for daily updates on them too 🥹🫶🏻!! I truly can’t thank them enough for the amazing care my babies got while we were gone.
