Been going here for 3 years now. In March, I stopped in and Scott told me he'd have to finish my taxes another time and that he would call me when they were done. Since then it has been extremely difficult to get into contact with him, not sure if something happened? At this point I am prepared to just go somewhere else.

Horrible communication. Have tried to be a customer for 2 years because I've heard great things from family members. However, I have left multiple voice-mails and emails to no response.
