My air conditioning went out on the hottest day.Ugh! I called Al Byers because they were local and had some great reviews. I called & Danielle answered and worked with me to get someone out to see what options I might have. She was professional and well versed. She called and updated me throughout the day.Later in the day Edwin came introduced himself and was very polite. He checked out the units inside and out and was quick. He fixed the units and explained what exactly was wrong. I am so glad i called them. I had a great experience with Al Beyer's and the install of my new AC unit! When I reached out and had questions, Jim was quick to respond through emails and phone calls to make sure all of my questions were answered. We had an issue with our last AC unit which stopped working and Gradey came out to our house to diagnose the problem. He did a great job and said after a 23 year run that it was time for a new AC. On the day of the install we had Edwin come out to hook up our new AC.
