They handled our repair quicker than the time it took to file the claim with LG. Ken impressed my son with his professionalism and efficiency. We thought that the fridge would be down for a week. From the time we got in touch till the fridge was fixed took 3 business days. One was the diagnosis, the second waiting for parts and done fixing on the third. Very happy.
We have a home warranty and the service calls go to Modern Appliance Service. We have had excellent service every time. This last time, our fridge went out. They called on a Monday and were able the come out Tuesday morning. The tech Ken, called when he was on his way and arrived within the window of time scheduled. He was quick and efficient and had our fridge running again within a half an hour. This is a great company with great service.
