We had Jackson Hardware Heating & Air at our place to install a new smart ECOBEE thermostat. We didn't have a power wire (C) for our current thermostat, and they easily got around that. They had us download the app for our iPhone and helped us configure it. It works great and the whole process took just under an hour. The person who did the install was very nice and helpful. We have used Jackson Hardware twice in the past and have not had any issues. I recommend them.

Came home from being gone for a week on a Sunday and our furnace was out. We called JHHAC and Gary was at our house in 25 minutes. We knew we would need a new furnace because ours was 33 years. The next morning Gary installed a new furnace. They are professional, and the real deal to work with. We would recommend them for any of your heating or air-conditioning needs.
