“We had Jackson Hardware Heating & Air at our place to install a new smart ECOBEE thermostat. We didn't have a power wire (C) for our current thermostat, and they easily got around that. They had us download the app for our iPhone and helped us configure it. It works great and the whole process took just under an hour. The person who did the install was very nice and helpful. We have used Jackson Hardware twice in the past and have not had any issues. I recommend them.“

They custom designed our latest project (no easy task there) executed a seamless kitchen exhaust system. added at simplistic germ and odor killing UV light to our HVAC system, just time for the next pandemic. For good measure through-in an upgraded, custom furnace filtration access door, to more easily change out filters. This was our latest but definitely won't be our last project. “I called 3 companies to get quotes for my A/C to be replaced because it was 35 years old and stopped working.1st place came out and told me my furnace was 22 years old and also needed to be replaced. They gave me 3 quotes, the cheapest being $12,900.2nd company we sent photos to and they quoted us $8,900 for A/C and Furnace.3rd company was Kettle Moraine. I asked to submit photos and get quote for A/C and Furnace. Guy told me Furnace is 5 years old and doesn't need to be replaced. He quoted me $4,700 for A/C and sheet metal work. I agreed. When quote came in it was $4,300. Woo-hoo!!!! When the techs came to install they found the motherboard on the Furnace was bad so they replaced that as well. I wasn't home but my wife had nothing bad to say so that's a good thing. With motherboard we were right around original quote which is way better than $12,900. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again myself.“
