“This is my second time using Dubois ABC gutters on my current home. Entire house with 2 story walk-out, not an easy job especially during the Nov/Dec. I have had nothing but great experiences. Most credit goes to two installers, Jake and Nate. Both are very professional, courteous, efficient and high level of quality. Called about a leak, came out the next day and it was fixed(ended up being roof flashing and not the gutter). Ask for them, you won’t be disappointed. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it.
