We’ve used ServiceMaster of Stillwater/Hudson for over a decade to do our residential cleaning. Carpets, windows, furniture. Since they’ve changed hands, the last two times that we’ve called to schedule services, we’ve been cancelled due to weather and other “more important” clients. We always schedule well in advance and are disappointed that we are no longer treated as valued customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be using them anymore.

I have used ServiceMaster for years because their service and expertise has been excellent. I was amazed how the tech. could get a massive amount of blood stain out of the carpet. This time, it was an 'emergency' (to me) and I called on Sunday morning to report this 'accident' and to ask to have my carpet cleaned asap. Very long story short, I called again on Monday and was told someone would call me back. No call back. I called on Tuesday and was told they could come out on Wed. I waited on Wed. for half a day...no ServiceMaster. I called again...this time to be told that I wasn't put on a schedule. They were 'sorry' but can't... read full review
