R&S was excellent to work with. Owner was immediately responsive to my phone inquiry and was able to send a technician out on short notice when another local HVAC company abruptly cancelled a service appointment that had been made 3 weeks earlier. The other company wanted to reschedule for 10 days from now. R&S was here in 90 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional, and a fair price.
