Fast honest service. The furnace wouldn’t stay on. Derek took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue. He explained everything so I could understand without selling unnecessary parts. We are 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.
I have used Derek for years for rental properties. Unlike a lot of the bigger companies, Derek will actually tell you the less expensive fix or when a furnace or AC unit could go a few more years. When he does replace a unit, he uses quality brands and doesn't install them in a dumb way where you have to be a contortionist to replace the filter or where lines are unnecessarily wrapping around the unit like a ball of yarn. I have seen a lot of bad HVAC work and his is definitely not.

Derek quickly discovered that my old system was a mess, lacking enough return air CFM. Not only did he recommend adding more return ducting to get the airflow just right, but he also adjusted an existing return so it didn’t sound like a jet engine near the blower fan. Talk about precision! ?️
