Love Inspiring Actions! The owner, Tracey, and all the instructors are so welcoming, positive and knowledgeable. There is such a great variety of classes and would strongly recommend taking Yoga 101 if you’re new to yoga to get the full benefits. ?♀️
I first came to Inspiring Actions in 2008 looking for a place to heal from a cancer experience. I instantly felt welcomed by the instructor as well as the owner, Tracey. By 2010, I became a regular and have been ever since. I appreciate the warm feeling of the community and that truly everyone, and every body, is always welcomed and encouraged with each and every class.
Inspiring Action’s has been Life changing for me!I moved to Hudson a few years ago, & and was searching for a Yoga Studio to call Home!I was as guided by a mutual friend to this Amazing Community of people, who are not only Welcoming, but also kind, generous, supportive, & most importantly-Genuine!I’ve most definitely found my forever home in this Yoga Studio!
