“I had to find a new stylist because mine moved away. I took a chance and made an appointment at Tangled Salon & Spa. Today was my first time there. My stylist was Serena. I was very nervous, especially because I have longer hair. I was first greeted by the very friendly and kind front desk gal. Then it was time to go back with Serena. I only needed to talk to her for a minute or two about the cut. Then I showed her a picture of the hair color (highlights & lowlights) that I had in mind. She only needed to see it for a few seconds. She knew. INSTANTLY her professional instincts kicked in and she just knew. I don't know how she did it within a few minutes of literally just meeting and chatting, but my hair turned out EXACTLY how I had hoped! I have absolutely NO complaints! I highly recommend Serena!!
