“I appreciate the ease in scheduling my Ultra Clean appointment on line. Taylor and Henry arrived at the confirmed time, which is another huge plus. Taylor measured and clearly explained his assessment of my carpets the cleaning process. I pointed out a couple problem spots. They vacuumed, pre-treated and cleaned with great teamwork. I didn’t think the Pepsi stain could be lifted, but they got it out! They also lifted the orange popsicle stain in my carpet. Our carpet is 7 years old, but it looks new today. They wiped a couple water drips from the hardwood floors and rolled up their rug runners when they finished. I was charged what Taylor estimated.
