We live in a two story condo with another unit above. After 9 years of care free living we experienced our first condo horror. The upper unit owner was unaware that the condensate line from his HVAC had come out of the floor drain. After several hours of water draining onto his utility room floor it finally managed to do what water does, find the lowest point, my condo floor, via the can lights in the ceiling. ServPro had just made similar repairs for another unit owner in our complex and was highly recommended.
