The staff and doctor were friendly. But...I went there specifically for a physical (100% covered by my insurance). When prompted, I brought up a couple health concerns that were discussed and checked totaling an extra 5-10 minutes. They ended up billing me an extra $389 for a separate office visit on top of the physical without even mentioning it! This is not covered by insurance so it comes out of my pocket. They are not transparent. Is this the state of healthcare everywhere? Just drum up extra charges because the original work didn't make them enough money already?!
